4/22/77 – my 2nd Dead show – Spectrum…the 1st one at The Tower was a blur…too much to really fully comprehend…by the 2nd one, I was well-schooled and ready to enjoy…I remember many moments to this day…hearing Estimated for the 1st time…a sublime Must’ve BeenThe Roses…ending the show w/ a never before heard Terrapin…then no encore…no encore really needed, as people were just looking at each other like WTF was that?…
Set 1 Promised Land, Mississippi Half Step, Looks Like Rain, Deal, El Paso, Tennessee Jed, Estimated Prophet, Peggy-O, Playin’ In The Band
Set 2 Scarlet Begonias-> Fire On The Mountain, Samson & Delilah, It Must Have Been The Roses, Dancin’ In The Streets-> I Got My Mojo Workin-> Dancin’ In The Streets-> The Wheel-> Terrapin Station
